Born and raised in Cincinnati. In 1994 I graduated top of my class at Little Miami High School in Morrow, OH. A member of the National Honor Society and member of an academic team for two years. I excelled in mathematics, art, and the sciences.

I enrolled at University of Cincinnati in 1994 as a Computer Science major. After a year and a half in the program, I realized my passion was more for the creative side of computing. That, coupled with my love for design, led me to the Graphic Design program at DAAP. Through hands-on design work and classroom learning, I found my niche in Digital Design - combining both my technical abilities and love of design.

After graduating from UC's College of Design Architecture and Planning (DAAP) in Spring of 2000, I began looking for a job just as the dot-com bubble was bursting, but landed at Strata-G Communicated in November of 2000. As a full service advertising agency located in downtown Cincinnati, initially my focus was on HTML and developing websites. But soon after starting, my perseverance and creative thinking landed me the role as the agency's Principal Interactive Designer. My function was to handle the majority of the Flash and Multimedia Design work for Strata-G's largest and most high profile client.
